As a former professional skier, our founder, Sven Kueenle, brought the principles and values of pro sports – discipline, commitment, and the pursuit of excellence – to the world of real estate investment.
He started his first company, SBI Real Estate, with his partner Bene Mayr during his career. What began by fixing smaller houses, even renovating with his own hands and flipping, turned into an entity with over 40 real estate investments to date. As a retired athlete, his aim was to build a team that develops individualized plans for fellow athletes so their success carries on beyond the pitch, slopes, and arena.
Sven Kueenle's journey began in the snowy mountains of his native Germany, where he started skiing at age 3. His childhood dedication to the sport led to a successful 20-year career as a professional freeskier sponsored by Bogner and Red Bull. His mindset of world-class performance transitioned perfectly from the steep mountains to investing, where his leadership was pivotal in steering the company through the challenging market dynamics of the last years and underscoring the importance of discipline and prudent long-term strategic planning.
